Today at Healthy Vegas Vegan, we are celebrating my 100th blog post. That is a-mazing and wonderful. But not only am I proud of myself. In celebrating me, what I really want to celebrate is YOU.

I’m so so grateful to you. Your comments (193 total!) and emails have kept me excited and motivated to continue this project. Every time one of you says that I inspire you, you know what happens? You inspire me. For really.

You know, my ebook that gives you a simple plan for breaking free from cookbooks and simplifying your kitchen time? I paused work on it to finish the cookbook, but once the latter is done, it’s full speed ahead.

  • Rebranding

Don’t worry. What I write about isn’t changing. I’m just working to make sure I draw in the those of you my content really jives with. I want to make sure I reach the right readers so we aren’t wasting each others’ time, ya know?
